This study aims to determine the public's perception of the halal label in restaurants. As is well known, halal is the main parameter in Islam related to the process of selecting products to be consumed. As for service providers including restaurants that have halal certification, it is possible to get a positive image and increase sales. This study uses a qualitative approach to obtain an in-depth description of the public's perception of the halal label in the restaurant business. Research conducted in Depok, West Java, shows that. The Muslim community has a positive image of the restaurant industry which has a halal label, that eating is not only a matter of taste but also a sense of security.
