KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (Studi Kasus di Sekolah Dasar Islam Tahfizh Cahaya Qur’an Depok Jawa Barat)

This study examines the relationship between principals' transformational
leadership and teachers' performance at SD Islam Tahfizh Cahaya Qur'an in
Depok, West Java. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires
completed by 30 teachers at the school. This study aims to determine the effect of
the principal's leadership on teacher performance. The validity and reliability of
the questionnaire were tested and analyzed using the SPSS 20 application.

The results showed that there is a significant relationship between leadership
transformation and teacher performance. This study emphasizes the importance of
effective leadership in improving teacher performance and ultimately student
achievement. The findings suggest that schools should focus on developing
transformational leadership qualities in their principals to have a positive impact
on teacher performance and overall education quality. Thus, this study highlights
the complex nature of education and the importance of improving various
components of the education system to improve overall quality.

UPAYA PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TAHFIDZ (Studi Kasus di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Nurul Fikri Boarding School Serang, Banten)

This research aims to determine the increase in the professional competence
of tahfidz teachers at the Islamic Junior High School at Nurul Fikri Boarding
School Serang, as well as to find out the efforts of the principal and tahfidz teachers
in increasing their professional competence in teaching as well as the obstacles and
solutions.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection
techniques used are observation, interview and documentation methods.
Interviews were conducted with the head of the BPS department, level tahfidz
teachers and senior tahfidz teachers. This research was conducted for six months
(starting from January until June ) 2023-2024 academic year.

The results of this research show that the Principal, Head of the Tahfidz
Division and Tahfidz teachers at Nurul Fikri Boarding School Serang Junior High
School have made every effort to improve the professional competence of Tahfidz
teachers, namely by taking part in training guidance, regular evaluation meetings,
workshops, Al- Quran and also running programs held in schools in order to
improve the professionalism of tahfidz teachers. Based on this, it can be seen that
the duties and responsibilities carried out it has been done well.

ANALISIS PROFESIONALISME GURU

This study aims to determine the professionalism of teachers at Madina
Islamic School Elementary School, Tebet. This research uses a qualitative
description approach. The data collection techniques used were observation,
interview and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted with the
principal, vice principal for curriculum, vice principal for student affairs, several
teachers and several parents of students at SD Madina Islamic School. The
research was conducted for 5 months (February to June 2022) in the 2021-2022
school year.

The results of this study indicate that the professionalism of teachers at SD
Madina Islamic School has met the standards of teacher professionalism which
includes the physical dimension, mental dimension, scientific or knowledge
dimension, and skill dimension. With some things that must be considered, namely
the existence of support from the school to support the teaching and learning
activities of teachers, the holding of ceremonies, and the provision of health checks
for teachers.

The conclusion obtained is the professionalism of teachers in carrying out
their duties and roles as teachers well. Teachers try to fulfill professional criteria
from the physical, mental, scientific or knowledge dimensions, and the skills
dimension. Teachers' efforts in time management to achieve the specified targets
and discipline in the teaching process. School support is very important in
supporting the process of increasing teacher professionalism at Madina Islamic
School Elementary School.

MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA TENAGA PENDIDIK (Studi Kasus Tentang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Tenaga Pendidik di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al Kamil Depok)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen sumber
daya manusia tenaga pendidik SDIT Al Kamil dengan cara meneliti pelaksanaan
manajemen sumber daya manusia di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.

Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah metode observasi,
wawancara dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilaksanakan sejak awal pengambilan
judul dan wawancara dilakukan kepada Lima orang diantaranya adalah : satu kepala
sekolah, satu orang mewakili yayasan, dua orang wakil kepala sekolah dan satu
guru senior sekaligus sebagai wali kelas.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan manajemen sumber
daya manusia di SDIT Al Kamil Depok sudah cukup dan terlaksana dalam kegiatan
perencanaan, pengorganisasian, perekrutan guru, pengembangan, program
kesejahteraan, pengawasan/evaluasi dan pemberhentian guru yang semua kegiatan
tersebut berada dalam pengawasan kepala sekolah dan para wakil kepala sekolah
dalam bidang kurikulum, pengembangan SDM, waka Sarana dan Prasarana.
Kepala sekolah yang menerima laporan hasil pelaksanaan manajemen SDM
berkordinasi kembali dengan pihak yayasan yang mempunyai kebijakan.

KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU (Studi Kasus di SMA IT Rahmaniyah Al Islami Cibinong, Bogor)

This study examines the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMA IT
Rahmaniyah Al-Islami Cibinong Bogor through qualitative descriptive research.
Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation methods,
involving various stakeholders at the school.

The study was conducted from October to April during the 2021-2022
academic year. The findings reveal that the pedagogical competence of teachers at
the school encompasses various aspects, such as managing learning, understanding
students, designing and implementing educational and dialogical learning, utilizing
learning technology, evaluating learning, and developing students.

These factors are crucial for teachers to apply and develop in educational
settings. The study concludes that pedagogic competence plays a fundamental role
in an educational institution, impacting teachers and students alike. It recommends
conducting training programs to enhance elements related to pedagogical
competence and to address any gaps through specialized training.
