This study aims to analyze the implementation of Sharia-based entrepreneurship assistance for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the PERKASA Program at BMT Huwaiza, Depok City, and to identify its contribution to strengthening the business capacity of MSME actors. The study employed a qualitative approach based on community service using a participatory mentoring model. The research subjects consisted of 40 MSME actors who are members of BMT Huwaiza in Limo District, Depok City. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and field mentoring, while data analysis employed an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the PERKASA Program contributes to improving MSME actors’ understanding of entrepreneurial mindset, simple financial management, and the utilization of Islamic financing as a means of business development. Participatory mentoring also encouraged the active involvement of MSME actors in learning processes, business capacity strengthening, and sustainable business development. This study contributes to the development of an MSME empowerment model based on Islamic economics by integrating educational aspects, business mentoring, and Islamic financial literacy within a community empowerment framework oriented toward economic independence and business sustainability.
