Abstrak

This research aims to determine the implementation of khiyar syarat inbuying and selling, a case study at Toko Busana Pasadena Depok. This research uses qualitative methods. The researcher is the key instrument, in terms of collecting and processing data. Data were obtained through interviews with several sources who are management of Toko Busana Pasadena and customers. In addition, data were obtained through observation and document study. The results showed that, Research at Toko Busana Pasadena Depok shows that the implementation of khiyar syarat in buying and selling has been effective and
relevant to the principles of fiqih muamalah. Khiyar is understood as protection of rights in transactions, providing an opportunity to review decisions fairly. PT Pasadena implements khiyar syarat with exchange/return policies, 21-day khiyar period, and good communication. This increases customer satisfaction, loyalty, and minimal conflict, integrating fiqih values with modern economics.
