KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (Studi Kasus di Sekolah Dasar Islam Tahfizh Cahaya Qur’an Depok Jawa Barat)

This study examines the relationship between principals' transformational
leadership and teachers' performance at SD Islam Tahfizh Cahaya Qur'an in
Depok, West Java. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires
completed by 30 teachers at the school. This study aims to determine the effect of
the principal's leadership on teacher performance. The validity and reliability of
the questionnaire were tested and analyzed using the SPSS 20 application.
The results showed that there is a significant relationship between leadership
transformation and teacher performance. This study emphasizes the importance of
effective leadership in improving teacher performance and ultimately student
achievement. The findings suggest that schools should focus on developing
transformational leadership qualities in their principals to have a positive impact
on teacher performance and overall education quality. Thus, this study highlights
the complex nature of education and the importance of improving various
components of the education system to improve overall quality.
