Abstrak

This study examines the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMA IT
Rahmaniyah Al-Islami Cibinong Bogor through qualitative descriptive research.
Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation methods,
involving various stakeholders at the school.

The study was conducted from October to April during the 2021-2022
academic year. The findings reveal that the pedagogical competence of teachers at
the school encompasses various aspects, such as managing learning, understanding
students, designing and implementing educational and dialogical learning, utilizing
learning technology, evaluating learning, and developing students.

These factors are crucial for teachers to apply and develop in educational
settings. The study concludes that pedagogic competence plays a fundamental role
in an educational institution, impacting teachers and students alike. It recommends
conducting training programs to enhance elements related to pedagogical
competence and to address any gaps through specialized training.
