ANALISIS KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH (Studi Kasus di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu Ummul Quro Depok)

This research is purpose for knowing the principal leadership of SMPIT Ummu’l Quro Depok. By the analitical leadership in the school. This research using the field research methode, with a qualitative descriptive approach. Then as for the ata collection techniques used observation method, interview and documentation. Observation were carried out since the initial taking of the title and interviews were conducted with twenty two peoples, among others are; two people foundations represented by education staff, one people the headmaster, three peoples deputy of headmaster, eleven teachers by criteria senior teacher, two strata, an achievement, head of administration and one people the chairman komite SMPIT Ummu’l Quro Depok. This research doing the firts semester and the second semester (December 2022 until February 2023) school year 2022-2023.
The results of this research shows that the principal leadership of SMPIT Ummu’l Quro Depok, which includes visionary leadership, transactional leadership and transformational leadership. Among the conclusions reached; the headmaster tend to used transformational leadership, although there are some several indicators that are similar to visionary leadership and transactional leadership to those sometimes use hers leadership. The principal leadership of SMPIT Ummu’l Quro Depok, not absolute using transformational leadership, that one’s leadership can change according to conditions and needs.
