UPAYA KOPERASI SYARIAH MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN ANGGOTA KOPERASI SYARIAH (Studi Kualitatif di Koperasi Syariah Sakinah Kecamatan Sukmajaya Depok)

يَهْدِفُ هَذَا الْبَحْثُ إِلَى مَعْرِفَةِ جُهُودِ جَمْعِيَّةِ سَكِينَة الشَّرْعِيَّةِ(Koperasi Syari’ah Sakinah) فِي تَحْسِينِ رَفَاهِيَةِ أَعْضَائِهَا، وَالْعَوَامِلِ الَّتِي تَعُوقُ الْجَمْعِيَّةَ الشَّرْعِيَّةَ فِي تَحْقِيقِ أَهْدَافِهَا، وَكَذَلِكَ الْإِسْتِرَاتِيجِيَّاتِ الْمُسْتَخْدَمَةِ لِتَجَاوُزِ هَذِهِ الْعَقَبَاتِ. أُجْرِيَ هَذَا الْبَحْثُ مِنْ دِيسَمْبِر ٢٠٢٤ حَتَّى أَبْرِيل ٢٠٢٥ فِي جَمْعِيَّةِ سَكِينَة مَارْت الَّتِي تَقَعُ فِي شَارِعِ بَهَاجِيَا رَايَا رَقْم ١٠أ، كَلُورُو بَابُو أباديجايا، كِكَمَاتَن سُكْمَاجَايَا، كُوتَا دِيبُوك، جَاوَة بَارَات ١٦٤١٧.

يَسْتَخْدِمُ هَذَا الْبَحْثُ الْمَنْهَجَ النَّوْعِيَّ بِمَدْخَلِ الْبَحْثِ الْمَيْدَانِي. جُمِعَتِ الْبَيَانَاتُ مِنْ خِلَالِ الْمُشَاهَدَةِ، وَدِرَاسَةِ الْوَثَائِقِ، وَالْمُقَابَلَاتِ، وَمُنَاقَشَاتِ الْمَجْمُوعَاتِ الْمُرَكَّزَةِ. أَظْهَرَتْ نَتَائِجُ الْبَحْثِ أَنَّ جَمْعِيَّةَ سَكِينَة مَارْت الشَّرْعِيَّةَ لَدَيْهَا بَعْضُ الْجُهُودِ لِتَحْسِينِ رَفَاهِيَةِ الْأَعْضَاءِ، الَّتِي تَشْمَلُ ثَلَاثَةَ جَوَانِبَ رَئِيسِيَّةٍ: الْجَانِبَ الرُّوحِيَّ، وَالْجَانِبَ الْاِقْتِصَادِيَّ، وَالْجَانِبَ الْأَمْنِي. الْعَوَامِلُ الَّتِي تَعُوقُ جُهُودَ الْجَمْعِيَّةِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ فِي تَحْسِينِ رَفَاهِيَةِ الْأَعْضَاءِ هِيَ عَوَامِلُ الِاتِّصَالِ وَالتَّمَوُّلِ. لِتَجَاوُزِ هَذِهِ الْعَقَبَاتِ، تُجْرِي الْجَمْعِيَّةُ مُقَابَلَاتٍ رُوتِينِيَّةً لِتَحْسِينِ فَعَالِيَّةِ الِاتِّصَالِ وَكَذَلِكَ تَطْبِيقُ مَزْجِ التَّسْوِيقِ الْفَعَّالِ."

TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP AKAD MURABAHAH (Studi Kasus Usaha Dagang Asyaa Jaya Centre, Jakarta Barat)

The objectives of this research are: (1) To determine the implementation of murabahah contracts, and (2) To review Islamic law regarding murabahah contracts at UD Asyaa Jaya Centre. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted with the owner or seller, one employee, one supplier, five buyers, and two religious leaders. The research was conducted during the odd semester (August to December 2023) of the 2023-2024 academic year. The results show that the review of Islamic law regarding murabahah contracts at UD Asyaa Jaya Centre is in accordance with Islamic sharia and based on the MUI fatwa. All aspects of the murabahah contract, including the pillars and conditions, are also in compliance. The conclusions drawn are that the implementation of murabahah contracts at UD Asyaa Jaya Centre meets the requirements and pillars, and is also in accordance with Islamic law. The application of murabahah contracts at this store has a positive impact, as it helps the community meet their specific needs. Some suggestions that can be made include: the seller should further socialize the existence of murabahah contracts to the community, so that they better understand how it works. The seller should also tighten the terms and conditions for those who want to enter into a murabahah contract and provide clear information on the price limits of goods that can be purchased through murabahah contracts.

TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP PRAKTIK MUZARA’AH GARAPAN SAWAH (Studi Kasus di Desa Sukamahi Kecamatan Sukaresmi Kabupaten Cianjur)

This study aims to examine the practice of muzara'ah (sharecropping) in rice fields, focusing on the principles of justice, inhibiting factors, and solutions. The research was conducted in Sukamahi village, Sukaresmi district, Cianjur regency, West Java. Based on phenomenological philosophy, this study focuses on the experiences of farmers and landowners as perceived in their consciousness. Using a qualitative method, this research seeks to obtain holistic data. The results show that the muzara'ah practice in Sukamahi village applies a 50:50 profit-sharing system but requires formulation in the contract to achieve justice. Inhibiting factors include unclear cost-sharing, lack of communication, and profit or loss sharing. Solutions include increasing transparency, creating clear contracts, conducting deliberations, and the role of Islamic financial institutions in financing.

ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN ZAKAT (Studi Kualitatif di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kota Purwakarta)

This research aims to determine how zakat management is carried out at Baznas Kota Purwakarta, the inhibiting factors, and efforts to overcome these obstacles. This research uses a qualitative approach method to understand the phenomenon of zakat management at the BAZNAS Kota Purwakarta institution. The qualitative method allows researchers to collect in-depth and detailed data on zakat fund management carried out by zakat management organizations. BAZNAS Kota Purwakarta carries out zakat management well through careful planning, a clear organizational structure, and an effective monitoring concept. However, there are several inhibiting factors such as a lack of public understanding about professional zakat, lack of coordination with related institutions, and a lack of comprehensive understanding of zakat. To overcome these obstacles, BAZNAS Kota Purwakarta takes efforts such as socializing the importance of paying professional zakat, encouraging government participation in making zakat regulations, and increasing socialization about zakat to the public and offices, as well as convincing the public that zakat paid will be channeled to those who are entitled to receive it.

MANAJEMEN ZAKAT PRODUKTIF PADA PROGRAM USAHA KECIL MENENGAH (Studi Kasus di Daarut Tauhid Peduli Kota Tasikmalaya)

This research aims to determine how the management of productive zakat at the Daarut Tauhid Peduli Amil Zakat Institution in Tasikmalaya City, its supporting factors, obstacles, and solutions. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted with the head of the HR division, head of the distribution division, supervisors or coaches of productive zakat programs, and mustahiq recipients. The research was conducted from May 2024 to July 2024. The results show that the management of productive zakat in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) program at Daarut Tauhid Peduli Tasikmalaya City has been running well and systematically, with a clear and structured organizational structure, effective program management, and optimal supervision. The supporting factors are clear organizational structure and optimal supervision, while the inhibiting factors are limited job descriptions and resources. To overcome these obstacles, the institution needs to develop clearer job descriptions, optimize resources, and develop more effective monitoring and evaluation systems. Thus, the institution can improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing productive zakat and provide greater benefits to mustahiq.
