TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN SISTEM BAGI HASIL (Studi Kasus pada Usaha Showroom Motor di Kesya Jaya Motor Kampung Setu Sukatani Tapos Depok)

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to determine the Islamic Law Review of the
profit sharing system in the motorbike showroom business in Kesya Jaya Motor
Kampung Setu Sukatani Tapos Depok and its supporters and obstacles. This
research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use
observation, interviews and documentation related to the object of study. Data was
obtained from interviews with investors, management and employees.
The result of this research is to understand and understand the application
of Islamic Law to the profit sharing system in the motorbike showroom business in
Kesya Jaya Motor Kampung Setu Sukatani Tapos Depok. The practice of profit
sharing cooperation in the motorbike showroom business at Kesya Jaya Motor
Kampung Setu Sukatani Tapos Depok occurs in four stages, namely consent,
capital, business, profit. Profit sharing cooperation in the motorbike showroom
business is not in accordance with the mudharabah agreement according to Islamic
law. For example, when you experience a loss, the business manager is responsible,
not the investor, and profit sharing is only 5% of the invested capital.
