TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP PRAKTIK JUAL BELI MELALUI PERANTARA (Studi Kasus Jual Beli Kelapa Sawit Kepada Toke Di Desa Bangun Purba Barat Kecamatan Bangun Purba Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Riau)

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze and understand the Islamic Legal Review of Palm
Oil Buying and Selling Practices to Village Heads in Bangun Purba Barat Village,
Bangun Purba Sub-district, Rokan Hulu Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative
research method. Qualitative research that utilizes open interviews to examine and
understand the attitudes, views, feelings, and behaviors of individuals or groups in
Bangun Purba Barat Village. The data obtained from the study through the
documentation process and interviews with managers and actors of palm oil buying
and selling in Bangun Purba Village.
The results of this study indicate that based on the Islamic legal review of
palm oil buying and selling practices to the village heads of Bangun Purba Barat
Village, it indicates that the transactions are regulated according to the principles
of Islamic sharia in the view of Islamic law, this practice is in accordance with the
principles of justice and transparency. Informal agreements that include cash
payments or other agricultural goods are considered valid within the sharia
framework if they fulfill these principles.
The suggestion in this thesis is the need for efforts to further educate business
actors and the local community about sharia principles. Training and educational
programs that focus on aspects of business in accordance with sharia can help
improve understanding and awareness.
