IMPLEMENTASI AKAD MURABAHAH (Studi Kasus di KSPPS BMT Huwaiza Depok)

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the implementation of Murabahah contracts at KSPPS BMT Huwaiza Depok, particularly regarding aspects of knowledge and practice of contracts, transparency and trust, as well as financing service quality.

This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach to understand the implementation of Murabahah contracts at KSPPS BMT Huwaiza. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were made to directly observe the implementation of Murabahah contracts, while interviews were conducted with the management of KSPPS BMT Huwaiza.

The results of this study indicate that KSPPS BMT Huwaiza has implemented an understanding and practice of Murabahah contracts in accordance with the provisions of Fiqh law established by Islamic scholars. The implementation of the contract prioritizes the principles of transparency and clarity (bayyinah). KSPPS BMT provides systematic explanations tailored to the capabilities of each member, so that customers can fully understand the structure of their payment obligations. Similarly, regarding the quality of financing services, KSPPS BMT has an effective approach to ensuring service quality and maintaining member trust, through services that focus on speed, friendliness, and comfort, as well as education and diversification of financing products.
