ANALISA FIQIH MUAMALAH TERHADAP PRAKTIK UPAH GURU (Studi Kualitatif di Sekolah Dasar Islam Ramah Anak Kota Depok)

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the practice, the salary that is ongoing and
occurs at the Sekolah Dasar Islam Ramah Anak shows the custom. Practices related
to customs are in accordance with the fiqh mu'amalah. Although the reference in
the amount of salary does not perfectly follow the minimum salary standard, its
determination is based on the agreement and willingness of both parties.

Based on the analysis of fiqh mu'amalah related to the understanding of
salary, contracts, actors in the contract, sighat, aspects of benefits & salary, work
efficiency and the end of the work period, the salary practice at the Sekolah Dasar
Islam Ramah Anak is dissected using studies by fiqh scholars related to the pillars
and requirements of salary. It is undeniable that differences of opinion in the
treasury of fiqh are a relief for mukallaf humans, especially actors in the contract
at the Sekolah Dasar Islam Ramah Anak to be able to practice salary contracts in
accordance with the fiqh Mu'amalah.
