EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN SRIKANDI PEJUANG EKONOMI KELUARGA DENGAN MODEL EVALUASI CIPP (CONTEXT, INPUT, PROCESS, PRODUCT) (Study Kualitatif di Badan Amil Zakat Kota Depok)

Abstrak

This research aims to find out how the Evaluation of the Family Economic
Warrior Heroine Empowerment Program (SRIPEK) with the CIPP model at
BAZNAS (National Zakat Amil Agency) in Depok City, which is located at Jl. Depok
Mulya Housing 1 Jalan Blok I No.12, RT.04/RW.15, Beji, Beji District, Depok City,
West Java 16421.

The main problem in this research is how to evaluate the implementation of
the Srikandi Warrior Economic Family Empowerment Program (SRIPEK) at
BAZNAS Depok City, as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in
the process of implementing the SRIPEK program.

This research has been carried out using descriptive qualitative methods.
Research that explains in the form of written or spoken words from sources who
can be observed. Researchers use interviews, observation and documentation to
answer the objectives of the research. Interviews were conducted with the chairman
of Depok City BAZNAS, Depok City BAZNAS Distribution and Utilization Staff,
Assistant Manager of LPPM SEBI, and Partner Assistant.

The Heroine Empowerment Program for Family Economic Warriors
(SRIPEK) is a type of empowerment program implemented by BAZNAS Depok City
since 2022. In its implementation, BAZNAS Depok City collaborates with LPPM
SEBI and 6 partners who have an MOU with BAZNAS Depok City (Salimah,
Aisiyah, Fatayat NU, BMT Muamalah, JAWARA, PKK) to work together to build
1000 successful women entrepreneurs who have devout character.
