IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN WAKAF PRODUKTIF (Studi kasus Amazing di Wakaf Indonesia, Kecamatan Bekasi Timur, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat)

Abstrak

Implementation of Productive Waqf Management (Case Study of Amazing
Waqf Indonesia, East Bekasi District, Bekasi City, West Java). Sharia Economic
Law Study Program. Al-Qudwah College of Islamic Religion Depok.

This research aims to determine how the implementation of productive waqf
management at Amazing Waqf Indonesia is conducted. Using descriptive
qualitative research methods, the qualitative research utilizes open interviews to
examine and understand the attitudes, views, feelings, and behaviors of individuals
or groups managing Amazing Waqf Indonesia. Data obtained from the research is
gathered through documentation and interviews with the managers of Amazing
Waqf Indonesia, the waqif (donors) of Amazing Waqf Indonesia, and the
beneficiaries of Amazing Waqf Indonesia.

The results of this study indicate that the implementation of productive waqf
management at Amazing Waqf Indonesia begins with a waqf contract involving a
notary to ensure legality, followed by investing funds in sharia-compliant financial
instruments chosen based on low risk and stable profit potential. The foundation is
also actively monitoring investments and developing strategies to make the waqf
productive through funding social projects and establishing partnerships.
